Quantification Parameter-Driven Uncertainty Analysis of Tip Clearance Deviation in Compressor Stability

摘要

Aero-engine advancements in thrust-to-weight ratio, reliability, intelligence, and multi-mode operation heighten sensitivity to compressor blade geometric deviations. Batch-produced engines show significant performance variations, with some failing stability margins due to machining deviations. This work employs NIPC-based uncertainty quantification with quantification parameter to rapidly assess Rotor 37 stability margins, validates parameter reliability, and analyzes tip clearance deviation impact mechanism.
