摘要

Polyhedral oligomeric silasesquioxanes (POSS)-based organic-inorganic hybrid polymers have attracted much interest recently for it can be used to modify traditional materials from molecule level. Recent progress in synthesis and application of POSS on electronic material, aerospace material, porous material, luminescent material, etc. were summarized.
