摘要
Permanent red F5R modified with octadcylamine was suspended in tetrachloroethylene, and this suspending fluid has showed superior dispersibility and stability. The suspension is microencapsulated by in situ polymerization using urea and formaldehyde as wall materials to form electronic ink. From the optical micrographs and SEM images of shell surface and cross-section, the microcapsules have relatively smooth surfaces.
