摘要
Efficient SF6/N2 separation is critical for environmental protection and industrial interests. Herein, the ultramicroporous metal azolate framework Zn3(atz)6 (namely, MAF-123-Zn, Hatz = 1H-1,2,3-triazole) featuring a suitable pore size was investigated, yielding high uptake ratio for SF6/N2 (20.2) and moderate adsorption enthalpy (31.3 kJ mol–1). Dynamic breakthrough experiments confirm the separation ability of high-purity SF6 (>99.9%) recovery from low-concentration SF6/N2 mixture and facile regeneration condition of N2 sweeping at room temperature.
