摘要
One of the strategies to achieve commercialized emerging solar cell is solution processable production due to the merit of easy-process, large-area, and low cost. In this paper, graphene oxide: carbon nanotube hybrid films have been fabricated by spin coating under ambient condition, they have high conductivity and optical transmittance, possessing a sheet resistance of 4500 ohm/sq with a transmittance of 90% at 550 nm. Moreover, the hybrid films exhibit p-type semiconductor properties and favor the collection of dissociated holes. Therefore, the polymer diode with the obtained film as electrode has photovoltaic effect, having potential applications in the energy conversion.
