摘要
By means of the coordinate grid method, based on the similarity laws, with lead as an alternative of modeling materials, three-dimensional (3D) physical modeling has been performed for forging processes of a high pressure grade 2 stator blade. The results obtained show that: the deformation of the blade body is mainly compressive in the vertical direction; internal metal flows outwards and forms the blade body; only a little of the metal flows along the lateral direction. The tensile deformation of the blade body near the tenon is obvious, whilst the compressive deformation in the middle of the blade body is considerable. The metal deformation laws obtained may serve as a significant guide to the development of 3D numerical simulation of blade forging processes.
