摘要
The application of DFT precoding in mitigating peak-to-average power ratio issues in asymmetrically clipped orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (ACO-OFDM) under power constraints is well-established. However, analytical solutions for assessing the communication performance of power-constrained ACO-OFDM remain a challenge. This is primarily due to the non-Gaussian distribution of the DFT-precoded ACO-OFDM signal, rendering the classical Bussgang theorem ineffective for modeling clipping noise. In our study, we introduce the weighted Bussgang theorem as an alternative method to evaluate the communication performance of the DFT-precoded ACO-OFDM system. Our numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach in analyzing SNR and BER performance.
