摘要
The finite element mechanical model of conical nozzle spinning was set up with the boundary conditions being established. The results show the deformation mechanism of shear spinning and that the order of the three-dimensional stress state is Pr>Pz>Pt. The rational technologic parameters have been obtained through analyzing the distribution of equivalent stress, equivalent strain and wall thickness. The simulation results are verified by experimental test.
