Multiphysics Modeling and Vibration Analysis of a Deflector Jet Servo Valve for Brake Applications

摘要

The deflector jet servo valve (DJSV) is widely used in aerospace applications due to its high reliability, strong contamination resistance, and superior dynamic performance. As a core component of brake systems, establishing an accurate whole-valve model of the DJSV is a critical prerequisite for performance analysis. However, existing studies mainly focus on localized field analyses, and comprehensive mathematical models that can accurately describe the overall performance of the DJSV remain limited. To address this gap, this paper proposes a complete multiphysics modeling and analysis framework for the DJSV. The electromagnetic field characteristics of the torque motor and the flow field characteristics of the pilot stage are analyzed, and the mapping relationships among the relevant parameters are investigated. Based on these analyses, a system-level mathematical model of the DJSV is derived, and a complete simulation model is developed in Simulink. In addition, considering the complex operating conditions encountered by onboard equipment, the response characteristics of the complete servo valve under short-duration high-frequency vibration are evaluated. The results of this study provide an important theoretical basis for performance enhancement and structural optimization of the DJSV and have significant engineering implications for ensuring aircraft braking safety.
