摘要

In this paper, a large spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) measurement system for Doppler frequency shift (DFS) and angle of arrival (AOA) is proposed, which achieves high-precision and wide-bandwidth DFS and AOA measurements while suppressing nonlinear distortion. Experimental results demonstrate that the system achieves an improvement of 10 dB in SFDR, a DFS measurement error of ±0.2 Hz, a phase difference measurement range close to 360°, and the error is ±1.5 degrees.
