摘要
Researches on the laser rapid repair of titanium alloy components having defects mis-machined were investigated. There is a dense metallurgical bond between the repaired zone and the substrate. The microstructures of the repaired zone are primal columnar β grains within which exist α +β knit structures, specially the platelet width of intercrystalline a is less than 1 μm. It is found that the laser process parameters and the status of powders influence the defects, including gas porosities and lack of fusion among layers etc. Flawless samples were obtained through treating powders and optimizing laser process parameters. The results of repaired sample tensile test at room temperature show that σb is 1000 MPa, σ0.02 is 925 MPa and δ is 8.0%, approaching to the wrought TC4 alloy.
