Large-Signal Stabilization of DC Microgrid by Using Modified IDA-PBC

摘要

This paper proposes the stabilization method of the DC microgrid, which includes multiple cascaded DC/DC power converters and LC filters. Stability is achieved by building a modified Interconnection and Damping Assignment Passivity-Based Control (IDA-PBC) based on port-controlled Hamiltonian modeling at the subsystem level. Firstly, the general design process of the proposed control strategy and its large-signal stability proof are introduced, and then the stability of the whole microgrid is proved. Secondly, a design example of the source subsystem controller is given. Finally, the modified IDA-PBC is applied to the basic unit of a DC microgrid. The experimental results and Hardware-in-the-loop results indicate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
