摘要
The microstructure and texture of TA18 tubes during cold-rolling process was investigated using SEM, TEM, XRD and EBSD technology. The results show that the cold rolled structure of TA18 tube is the typical fiber structure and the sliding deformation mode is the major deformation mode. At the initial stage of cold-rolling, the {10-10} prismatic slip system is the dominant deformation mode. With the increase of cold-roll deformation, the {0001} basal slip system becomes the major deformation mode, and the pyramidal slip system gradually starts. At the final stage of cold-rolling, the pyramidal slip system, with slips on {10-12}, {10-13}, {10-14}, {11-23} and {11-24} planes becomes dominant.
