摘要
The characteristics of friction welding joint of T2 copper and 1Crl8Ni9Ti stainless steel in electric field were investigated. The influence of different kinds of the electric fields on the microstructure of the joints was analyzed, the distributions of chemical elements in friction welding joints were determined, and the torsion strength of joints was measured. All kinds of electric fields can promote the dynamic recrystallization of the weld metal. The effect of the electric field results in more homogenous recrystallization grains of the weld metal connected to the cathode of the power supply. The diffusion zone of the dominating chemical elements widens in the AC electric field or the static electric field for the specimen connected to the cathode. The torsion strength of the joints was improved in the electric field, especially in the AC electric field.
