摘要

Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites (OIHPs) have been touted as a superstar for photovoltaic applications. Recently, their importance in spintronics and magnonics came into the spotlight as superior characteristics were uncovered, namely, the Rashba-splitting effect, electronic spin properties, and spin-orbit coupling. However, until now, their magnon characteristics have not been studied. Herein, we demonstrate magnon injection into OIHP film from an adjacent ferromagnet at room temperature. By investigating the longitudinal spin Seebeck effect and the inverse spin-Hall effect, the magnon-transport behavior in OIHP is revealed. It is found that OIHPs not only have the longest-distance magnon transport compared with some known non-ferromagnetic insulators, but they also can be used as a spacer to prevent the magnetic proximity effect from contaminating magnon currents. Furthermore, both organic and inorganic ions in OIHP are discovered to play important roles in magnon properties. The present work paves a way for OIHPs to be used in magnonic applications.
