摘要
Fe/Pt and Pt/Fe/Pt thin films have been deposited directly on the surface of medical 316L stainless steel by vacuum arc deposition. The Fe/Pd and Pt/Fe/Pt thin films are disorder fee structure in deposit state. After diffusion heat treatments, the disorder fcc structure turns into an ordered Ll0 phase's fct structure. The Fe/Pt and Pt/Fe/Pt thin films are investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and magnetic measurements. The results show that homogenous and dense Fe/Pt and Pt/Fe/Pt thin films are directly deposited on the surface of medical 316L stainless steel, an apparent Fe-Pt diffusion layer is formed after the diffusion heat treatments, and the Fe/Pt and Pt/Fe/Pt thin films partly turn into ordered Llo phase's fct structure. Their remnant magnetisms increase apparently by the interaction of fct phase and fcc phase.
