摘要

The effects of alloy addition on the glass forming ability, thermal stability and mechanical properties of Mg-Cu-Tb-based bulk metallic glasses were investigated. It was found that appropriate additions of Ag, Zn or Be in Mg₆₅Cu₂₅Tb₁₀ could not only improve the glass forming ability, but also enhance the strength and plasticity of these amorphous metallic alloys within a certain composition range.
