摘要
Effects of hot plastic deformation, included extrusions at temperature range from 300°C to 350°C, extruding strain rate of 5.6 × 10-3 s-1 - 1.8 × 10-2 s-1 and extruding ratio of 11, and swaging at 350°C, on microstructures and tensile properties of ZM2 and ZM5 alloys were investigated in the paper. Compared with as-cast microstructures, as-extruded of ZM2 alloy exhibits better strength and ductility with fine grains as for dynamic recrystallization at room temperature. The succeeded swaging also provides the finer grains while the strength increases and elongation decreases reversibly. Simultaneously, wrought ZM5 alloy shows the perfecter combination properties than as-T4 condition ones. With the deformed velocity increasing, the strength of ZM5 alloy decreases at 320°C, and so does the ductility. Choosing the same deformed velocity for 5.6 × 10-3 s-1, with the temperature increasing, the strength decreases while the ductility increasing.
