摘要
The dynamics of acoustically levitation force on disk samples and large water drops in planar standing wave was investigated by solving the acoustic scattering problem. It was found that the acoustic radiation force of a plane standing wave on a disk changed sinusoidally with the sample position. It was observed that the drop was flattened and the central part of its top and bottom surfaces attained a concave shape with the increase of sound pressure level. The results shows that the aspect ratio of the equator radius to the polar radius of the drop increases with the increase in sound pressure.
