摘要
Various measurements of dielectric behavior as a function of temperature (cooling and heating) under d.c. bias are made for PZN-BT-PT (83/10/7) relaxor ferroelectrics. By using the first derivative of dielectric permittivity respect to the temperature, several characteristic temperatures of polar micro-regions have been found for the relaxor system. The coherence of characteristic temperatures between dielectric permittivity and loss angle tangent was found by analyzing the experimental data.
