摘要

This study developed a DAP-1 based conductive energetic (D-CE) composite, successfully achieving the integration of high ionic conductivity and excellent energy release characteristics. The system utilizes the molecular perovskite DAP-1 ([C6H14N2]Na[ClO4]3) as the energetic and conductive core, LiClO4 to adjust the oxygen balance, 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium perchlorate as an energetic plasticizer, and PEG as a binder. Through physical mixing using a Resonant Acoustic Mixing (RAM) system, a three-dimensional ion transport network was constructed. Experimental results show that the D-CE system exhibits room-temperature ionic conductivity ranging from 3.4749 × 10−4 to 1.5498 × 10−3 S·cm−1, a combustion heat in argon atmosphere between 3774 and 5403 J·g−1, a tLi+ (lithium ion transference number) between 0.109 and 0.508, and an activation energy between 0.117 and 0.464 eV. Furthermore, the initial decomposition temperature of the system lies between 254.2 and 285.8 °C, demonstrating excellent thermal stability. This novel dual-functional energetic material establishes a critical material foundation for self-powered smart munition systems.
