摘要
The effect of deformation rate on deformed microstructure of AZ91D magnesium alloy by the SIMA method was researched and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was employed to investigate the relation of deformation rate and eutectic melting activity energy. The results show that with the increase of deformation rate, the initial microstructure of the alloy changes from dendrites to fragmentary grains, in which there are twin crystals and dislocations, meanwhile the eutectic melting activity energy of the alloy decreases gradually. When the deformation rate is 40%, the eutectic melting activity energy is slightly decreases. The melting point of eutectic decreases slightly with the increase of deformation rate.
