摘要

Coupling-Looseness Multidisciplinary Design Optimization of centrifugal compressor is presented in order to improve optimization efficiency. Fluent-Thermal-Solid coupling system is obtained with Loose-Coupling method. The Coupling-Looseness optimization method by multi-stage optimization strategy is studied to reduce computing time, which avoids iteration of Fluent-Thermal-Solid coupling system. In aerodynamic optimization stage, the optimization is obtained by global arithmetic in whole design space. Coupling and collision among subjects are considered in coupling design stage, which is driven by local arithmetic to gain the final design. The design cycle is reduced by multi-stage optimization with different complexity model.
