摘要
A collaborative optimization (CO) method is proposed for fluid-solid multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) problems, in which coupling data of interface projected in parametric space is fitted by Bi-cubic B-spline surfaces for transferring between the disciplinary models. The direct coupling of fluid-solid interface is replaced by consistent conditions of the parameters of the Bi-cubic B-spline surfaces, which fitted for each discipline and called load surfaces here. Then, these consistent conditions are integrated in the collaborative optimization system of the fluid-solid problems. An example of turbine blade optimization is provided and the results show: the load surfaces are capable of representing coupling data of interface; the consistent condition of the parameters of load surfaces can replace the direct coupling of interface; the proposed method can be used in fluid-solid coupling problems.
