摘要

As a hot research direction in the field of braking in recent years, the Caliper disc brake all carbon ceramic friction pair shows significant advantages in high-energy braking scenarios. The traditional C/C-SiC brake material has high friction coefficient and instability, and is easy to damage the brake disc. The BN modified C/C preform was introduced during hot pressing, and the mixture of FeSi80 alloy and Cu was used as infiltration agent to infiltrate the BN modified C/C preform. The braking performance of BN modified C/C-SiC brake pads and coated carbon ceramic brake discs were tested on a laboratory brake tester. The results show that BN modification can significantly reduce the friction coefficient. Through a series of braking tests, the worn surface morphology of the friction pair was characterized, and the mechanism of improving the wear resistance of the friction pair was analyzed.
