Architecture and models of real-time tracking and tracing IOT for automobile production process

摘要

According to the analysis of the new requirements of the production management faced by current automobile manufacturing enterprises, the concept and architecture of real-time tracking and tracing IoT (the Internet of Things) for Automobile Production Process, namely APP-IoT, is put forward. Under this architecture, the main models including the configuration of the IoT-enabled manufacturing environment, multi-source data perceiving and transition, multi-source data processing and integration, MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials) based dynamical sensing and tracing etc. are described respectively. The presented architecture and models of APP-IoT will provide an important foundation for enhancing the capabilities of real-time sensing, dynamical tracing, real-time predication and intelligent management of the automobile manufacturing enterprises.
