摘要

In the current study, the iturin-AgNPs with 20 nm was green synthesized by the UV radiometer. The antibacterial activity of the iturin-AgNPs were evaluated in vitro and in vivo. The result showed that the iturin- AgNPs indicated a strong antibacterial activity against both gram-negative bacterium (E. coli ATCC25922 and S. typhimurium ATCC50551) and gram-positive bacterium (S. aureus ATCC29213). An in vivo model of antibacterial and wound healing on rats was developed with wound on the back. After 15 days, the control group without any treatment indicated 95% wound size while the group treated with iturin-AgNPs indicated 13% of the original wound size. This study indicated that iturin-AgNPs have high antibacterial activity in vitro and in vivo. The iturin-AgNPs are promising antibacterial agents and have potential for wounds healing.
