N2 - The purpose of this paper is to propose a method for solving the member selection of virtual team on cloud design service platform, which is important for current virtual collaboration. Firstly, a selection index system based on comprehensive performance of members is proposed. It includes two types of information, individual performance and collaborative ones. Secondly, a corresponding optimal mathematical model is built, and an improved multi-objective optimization algorithm is selected to obtain the final ranking of all candidates. Additionally, an application example is also introduced to illustrate the validity of the proposed method.
