A Framework for Automated Generation of Transmission Processes Based on Kinetic Knowledge Mapping

摘要

The development of transmission customization is getting more and more attention, however, factors such as complex structure, coupled process tasks, and inflexible manufacturing process make it difficult to balance the production efficiency and personalized demand of transmission customization. This paper proposes a transmission process automation generating framework based on the combination of dynamic and static knowledge mapping, firstly, we construct a multi-granularity, multi-level dynamic and static domain knowledge map for the transmission process plan with heterogeneous multiple sources and high professionalism. Secondly, we construct a process automation model based on graph cyclic network; finally, we assign process tasks based on ant colony algorithm combined with real-time equipment operation to help process personnel realize a large number of repetitive and low-intelligence work, and quickly realize the planning of the process scheme, so as to promote the development of transmission customization. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed framework is verified by constructing simulation experiments on the output shaft, a key component of the transmission, as a research object.
