摘要

DEFORM-2D software was used to simulate the hot extrusion process of maraging250 steel for aviation shaft forgings, the distribution of temperature field, equivalent strain field and stress field during the extrusion were analyzed, and microstructure and mechanical properties of the forgings after extrusion were analyzed. The results show that after hot extrusion forming, the temperature of the forgings along the radial direction to the outer surface increases, the equivalent strain of the forgings is 1.0-1.5, and the temperature is between 1135-1174℃, which shows the temperature distribution and strain distribution of the forgings are uniform. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the forgings have good uniformity, and the average grain size is 41.42-61.07 μm.
