摘要
In this paper,a layout optimization design method based on cascade genetic algorithm is proposed to address the problem of large moment of inertia for the fast assembly and rapid response (FARR) satellites. Three operations,includeing relocation,exchange and adjustment,are proposed to allocate component layouts in the satellite to reduce the moment of inertia. The operation“relocation”is used to optimize the matching between components and flat panels to achieve mass balance. The operation“exchange”is used for the optimal layouts of components within the same flat panel. The operation“adjustment”is used to randomly change the component position to expand the search coverage of the optimal solution for minimizing the moment of inertia of the FARR satellites. The performances of the proposed method are validated better by comparing them with that of two other optimization methods through simulation examples,and the effectiveness of the proposed optimization method is demonstrated by an engineering example.
