摘要
Simulating the in-flight distortion environment using the total pressure distortion simulator on the ground test platform is a critical way to evaluate the influence of intake distortion on engine performance. However, the range of the distortion coefficients generated by the distortion generator is significantly limited due to the difficulties in steady-state and dynamic distortion coefficient adjustment. Based on the single-baffle distortion generator recommended by the national military standard, and considering the feasibility of engineering practice, two configurations, tandem double-baffle and circumferential multi-baffle distortion generators, are proposed. The delayed detached eddy simulation (DDES) method is applied to predict the unsteady flow field of the distortion simulator owing to its advantages of large separation flow field prediction and low computational cost. Based on data verification, the three simulator configurations’ ability to adjust their performance with depth varying is assessed. The relationship between the blockage area and the dynamic distortion coefficient is found, and the correlation function between the two is given. The results provide a basis for distortion coefficient adjustment in the ground distortion test.
