Abstract
High quality, sharp cube textured Ni substrates for YBCO thick films have been fabricated by a cold rolling and recrystallization annealing process. The prevalent quality evaluation of the cube textured Ni substrate are studied.. The results show that (001) spectrograms obtained from θ ∼ 2θ scanning and FWHM of (001) rocking curves by θ scanning are relative to the φ angles.
