Abstract

The protein-protein interaction's visualization is a quite meaningful topic in protein science. It can help us to know if there are relationships among numerous proteins. Keywords dictionary pattern match algorithm was used to extract the protein-protein interaction information from the biomedical literatures. Based on the OpenGL graphics interface technology and stratified interpolation approximation method, the three dimensional coordinates of the points were approximately distributed on the ball surface with the approach of quadratic equation object rendering the ball. With the method of visual knowledge representation, the interaction relationship among the proteins was shown in the three dimensional space by the way of networks.
