Abstract

The title compound, [(OC₆H₄CH=NCH ₂COO)SbPh₃]·-CH₂Cl₂ or [Sb(C₆H₃)₃(C₉H₇NO ₃)]·CH₂Cl₂, is a mononuclear antimony(V) complex. The asymmetric unit comprises two independent molecules of the complex and two solvent molecules. In both complex molecules, the Sb atoms are in distorted octahedral environments.
