Abstract
Thermal expansion of (0.9-x) Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3) O-0.1BaTiO3-xPbTiO3 [x=0.05, 0.15, designated as PZN-BT-BP (10/100x] ferroelectric ceramics have been measured as a function of temperature between 0°C and 450°C. Comparing with the dielectric response, an anomaly first order phase transition can be observed for PZN-BT-PT (10/15) and its absence in PZN-BT-Pt (10/5). Thermal expansion was measured by Dypont TA2100 thermoanalyzer. Dielectric characteristics were measured by high resolution HP4274ALCR meter. The whole experimental system was controlled by PC.
