Abstract
Quantitative determination and analysis are made to study the thrust produced by a pulsed detonation engine. Particular emphases are placed on the influence of excess air coefficient of mixture, detonating frequency and detonation frequency on the thrust. Performance data are obtained, and they are in good agreement with the calculated results.
