Abstract

In order to solve the problem of the viscosity incompressible flow on unstructured grids in a rotating coordinate system, this paper establishes a three-dimensional unstructured hexahedral grid system using the thought of preorder traversal based on octree method to build the connection relation of the mesh surface element. CDS and UDS schemes are used to discretize the Navier-Stokes equations under the MRF model, and turbulence viscosity is calculated with Baldwin-Lomax algebra model, SIMPLEC algorithm considering Date pressure correction have been applied to the numerical analysis of the viscosity incompressible flow of an aero centrifugal pump impeller, compared with the FLUENT result to validate the accuracy of the method.
