Abstract
Four polysilazanes containing reactive groups were synthesized via ammonolysis of MeViSiCl2 and MeHSiCl2, and the UV-curing and pyrolysis behaviors for different polysilazanes were also investigated by using IR spectroscopy and TGA technology. The results indicate that the polysilazanes can be cured mainly via the reactions among N-H and vinyl reactive groups. The TGA results of the cured polysilazanes show that the ceramic yield increase with the increasing in molecular weight and the content of Si-H groups in the polysilazanes.
