Abstract

To solve the asynchrony problem between the logistics stream and the information stream in complex product assembly executive process, an assembly executive process Petri net (AEPPN) model was proposed. States of assembly and logistics were described by transitions. Events in the assembly executive process were described by places. They were implemented via logistics agent, assembly Agent and RFID tags' state respectively. The example verifies that, the study can improve the real-time property and veracity of the assembly executive process online monitoring and controlling, as well as enhance the feasibility of off-line monitoring and control.
