Abstract
Dielectric response and pyroelectric current as a function of temperature for Pb (Mg1/3Nb2/3)1-xTixO3 (x=0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, designated as PMN (1-x)/x) ferroelectric ceramics have been measured. Spontaneous and field-induced normal ferroelectric relaxor ferroelectric-paraelectric phase transition have been observed clearly. Based on the structural characteristics of this perovskite ferroelectric system, a dynamic structural model for polar-microregions (PNMR) was proposed. Using the Vogel-Fulcher relation, the temperature at dielectric permittivity maximum and frequency can be fitted very well.
