Abstract

To make the best of expensive and limited application licenses in the real campus computational grid environment, we propose some software license management optimization policies. The main approaches are automatic scheduling based on application queues, dynamic license monitoring in real time, flexible floating license scheduling based on node resource scheduling. The implementation shows that they can bring good effect.
