Abstract

The microstructure has an important effect on the strength and fracture toughness in α+β titanium alloys. The qualitative and quantitative relationships between microstructure parameters and mechanical performances were mainly reviewed in alloys, for example, Ti-6AL-4V, Ti-62222s, Ti-6Al-2Sn-4Zr-6Mo, etc.. Meanwhile, the comprehensive utilization of quantitative microstructure parameters, finite element and neural network can predict quantitative relationship between microstructure and performances.
