Abstract

Methods and existing problems to improve the temperature stability of electrostrictive strain for relaxor ferroelectric ceramics were reviewed briefly. At the present the three methods can increase the temperature stability, but they decrease the dielectric properties of materials. The existing problem will be further studied in detail.
