Abstract
A load simulator can be used for simulating the hinge torque on the rudder axle of the aircraft during the flight. It is one of the important simulation devices, and the real-time control software is one of the key factors affecting the performance of the load simulator. Constitution and working principle of the load simulator was briefly introduced. The Windows + RTX method was used to realize high-precision clock requirement of the real-time control software; the system structure and control flow chart of the software were presented. The actual measurement results show that the various performances of the load simulator meet the design requirements. It is proven that the design method of the real-time control software is correct.
