Abstract

To solve resource optimizing deployment problem for networked cooperative manufacturing of complex parts, the cooperative manufacturing task was decomposed according to the processes of the complex parts. The design of LMP (logical manufacturing process) and LMU (logical manufacturing unit) was studied, and the cooperative manufacturing tasks were described as LMP and LMU. The objectives and restrictions of the manufacturing resource optimization deployment were discussed, and an improved algorithm based on GA was proposed to solve the problem. At last, an example is given to prove the feasibility and validity of the method.
