Research on estimation model of die manufacturing cost and production cycle

It is difficult to estimate the manufacturing cost and production cycle of the die in product quoting. To deal with this problem, an estimation model of die manufacturing cost and production cycle was proposed based on the company's actual man-hour management information. In this model, taking actual man-hour management information of enterprise as basic data, the multiple regression analyzing method was employed to analyze the die's man-hour data. In addition, the accuracy of the model was statistically testified. Finally, some models among a sort of die's parameters and production cycle as well as cost were constructed.
