N2 - To realize effective management in product whole life cycle among different departments of enterprise, design management model oriented to product whole life cycle was studied. Combined with practical case, the research of its usage has been made. Result revealed that the design management model oriented to product whole life cycle provided the basis for entire phases in product whole life cycle, such as design, manufacture and sale, etc, which maximally satisfied enterprise requirements.
