Abstract

A new adaptive compensation control method was developed to improve the control performance of multivariable system which affected by uncertainty. In this paper, a basic optimal LQR control law was compensated by the augmented model reference adaptive method under the framework of feedback control structure, to improve the dynamic and anti-interference performance of the system which affected by uncertainty. The simulation of the method was carried out with a turbo-fan engine model. The simulation results showed that: the controller designed by the new adaptive compensation control method effectively realizes the compensation of the system uncertainty and the tracking of the control command, and improves the control performance of the original LQR controller when the system is uncertain.
