Abstract
Abstract: The relaxation of the shear elasticity of high-entropy bulk metallic glasses (HEBMGs) in the initial (as-quenched) and relaxed (aged) states is studied by electromagnetic-acoustic transformation. The experimental results are used to determine the temperature dependences of the changes in the molar concentration of defects and the enthalpy of their formation. The isochronous kinetics of changing the molar enthalpy of HEBMGs is shown to be calculated using independent data on the change in the molar concentration of defects.
